1. Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

2. What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept PayPal payments and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.).

 

3. How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your Paypal, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your paypal and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

4. How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. 

 

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

 

6. How long will the shipping process last and how much does it cost?

Here's the breakdown of the time involved in the shipping process:

 

Handling Time:
The Handling Time typically spans 3 to 5 business days. It refers to the period starting from the moment the customer places an order until the seller hands that order over to the delivery service. In other words, it's the time it takes for the seller to get the order ready for shipment.

 

Transit Time:
The transit time usually ranges from 7 to 14 business days. This is the duration from when the seller hands the order to the carrier until the package is delivered to the customer's specified address. So, it's the time the order spends in transit on its way to the customer.

 

Regarding the shipping time, it's important to note that it's only an estimate. The countdown for the shipping time begins on the date the order is actually shipped, not on the date the order was placed. There are various factors that could cause the shipping time to be longer than initially expected. These might include having an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer, going through customs clearance procedures which can sometimes be complex and time-consuming, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Please bear in mind that holidays and weekends are not counted within these time frames. Additionally, we must clarify that we are not held accountable for any delays that might occur due to the actions or procedures of the customs department in your country.

7. In what manner can I keep track of my package?

The process of tracking your order has always been quite straightforward. When the order has been dispatched for shipping, we'll email you the tracking number and the website where you can track it. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the customs department within your country.
